If there was a manufacturing error and/or defect, we will rerun the job at no charge. We reserve the right to judge what a manufacturing error or defect is. If you believe your job contains a manufacturing error and/or defect, we ask that you mail us 15 samples for evaluation. We will notify you as to whether we agree that there was an error or defect within 48 hours of receipt of the samples. We require any complaints to be registered within three days of receiving your job by sending a message through the send message form on the job details page. All sales are final. We are not responsible for typo’s or defects in the quality of your images supplied. We will do our best to warn you of any potential issues we see, but are not liable.

We offer PDF soft proofs for free and hardcopy proofs sent via FedEx overnight. Hardcopy proof details and pricing are available on each product page. PDF soft proofs are best for ensuring accurate copy and general layout, but cannot be used to guarantee the final representation of colors. If your job is color critical, we recommend a hardcopy proof.
